Ty Hafan, the Children's Hospice in Wales, is a very special place. It is located in in Barry near Cardiff and was purpose built and opened in January 1999 to provide help and support for the 300+ families, living within Wales, where one or more of the children suffer from a life-limiting illness.
As this service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan, it now costs over £2 million every year to operate and needs your help.
